We are hiring immediately! Lead must have at least one-year commercial construction experience in fencing. 

 

Responsibilities:

-Load & Off-load fence links from trucks 

-Assemble / Disassemble fence links to build parameters

-Perform all job duties following OSHA, safety and company requirements

-Use provided tools safely as needed to perform tasks

-Must be at the dispatch site on-time and prepared to start at the beginning of each shift

Qualifications: 

-Valid driver license and a clean MVR with absolutely no DUI’s and no suspensions

-Ability to pass a background and drug test 

-Must be able to work full time + overtime hours as needed

-Reliable transportation & the ability to maintain perfect attendance.

-Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure on a fast-paced environment

-Must have a positive personality and enjoy leading by example

-Capable of accepting and exchanging feedback professionally from team members is necessary

-Experience working outdoors with the elements preferred

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and comfortable with physical movements such as walking, bending, twisting, reaching over the shoulders, and lift up to 60 lbs. consistently.
